Monkey Puzzle Day Nurseries in Horsham is seeking a Qualified Nursery Practitioner (Level 3) to join our team. You will provide high standards of care and education to young children, ensuring EYFS requirements are met and safeguarding is upheld.

The role offers competitive pay start from £29,120 per year, with progression based on qualifications and experience within our UK nursery network.

Qualifications

• GCSEs with grades 5-9 or A-C.
• Knowledge of safeguarding processes and procedures.
• Appropriate behaviour management.
• Able to participate in child observations and assessments.

Responsibilities

• Support the nursery to grow and perform at a high standard, whilst ensuring that all legislation and EYFS frameworks are adhered to.
• Create inspirational, creative, and effective learning environments in line with the needs of the children and the nursery.
• Ensure the safety and welfare of children through a confident knowledge of safeguarding processes and procedures.
• Implement the EYFS with a good understanding of child development.
• Report any issues of concern to a senior team member or relevant services.
• Work in partnership with parents and our partners to ensure our children thrive.
• Show a positive attitude with children, parents, colleagues and visitors to maintain our happy nursery.
