Qualifications

• Full and relevant Level 2 in Early Years.
• Able to ensure child safety with safeguarding knowledge.
• Appropriate behaviour management.
• Able to observe and assess child development.

Responsibilities

• Support the nursery to grow and perform at a high standard, adhering to EYFS and legislation.
• Create inspirational, creative learning environments aligned to children's needs.
• Ensure safety and welfare through safeguarding procedures.
• Implement EYFS with understanding of child development.
• Report concerns to a senior team member or relevant services.
• Work with parents and partners to help children thrive.
