Job summary

Randstad Education in Horley is seeking a Level 3 Early Years Nursery Practitioner for a permanent, full-time role. You will plan and deliver EYFS-aligned activities, act as Key Person, and build strong relationships with parents and colleagues.

Candidate must possess a Level 3 Early Years qualification, nursery experience, and an enhanced DBS (Update Service preferred). Standard hours are 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday, with ongoing development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Full Level 3 Early Years qualification (NVQ/CACHE or equivalent).
• Proven nursery experience.
• Enhanced DBS check on Update Service or willing to apply.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging activities aligned with EYFS.
• Act as Key Person and track progress.
• Build professional relationships with parents and colleagues.
• Maintain a safe, clean, stimulating environment for child-led learning.
• Adhere to safeguarding, health and safety, and nursery policies.
