Job summary

TipTopJob in Forest Row is seeking a Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to join our caring early years team. You will provide high-quality care and education aligned with EYFS, act as Key Person for a small group, and build strong relationships with children and families.

We offer a permanent full-time contract, competitive hourly pay of £14.00–£16.00, ongoing training, and a supportive, collaborative environment that values your contribution.

Qualifications

• Must hold Level 3 Early Years Educator / Childcare qualification.
• Proven nursery experience.
• Strong EYFS knowledge and safeguarding understanding.
• Full-time availability Mon-Fri 8:00–18:00.
• Enhanced DBS check required or willingness to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high quality care and early education in line with EYFS.
• Act as Key Person to a group of children and monitor progress.
• Build strong relationships with children, parents and carers.
• Maintain a safe, welcoming environment for all children at all times.
• Follow health, safety and safeguarding policies.
