Job summary

Willingcare is seeking a Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to join a family-run nursery in Greater London. The role involves planning and delivering EYFS-led activities, caring for children aged 0–5 years, and working as a key person with responsibilities for observations and safeguarding.

From £30,000 depending on experience, 40 hours per week, full-time permanent contract. Pension scheme and ongoing training are available.

Qualifications

• Must have Level 3 Early Years qualification.
• Strong knowledge of the EYFS framework.
• Recent Nursery Practitioner experience – minimum 1 year.
• Experience caring for children aged 0–5 years.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver EYFS-led activities for your room.
• Act as key person, complete observations and assessments.
• Maintain accurate learning and development records.
