Job summary

Willing Care Recruitment Limited is seeking a Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to join a private day nursery in the Early Years sector. The role offers 40 hours per week with salary up to £31,900 depending on experience, and requires recent nursery practice and a full Level 3 Early Years qualification.

You will work across age-group rooms in a spacious setting and contribute to structured routines for child development.

Qualifications

• Experience working as a Nursery Practitioner in a nursery setting.
• Good understanding of EYFS and safeguarding practices.
• Confidence supporting children’s routines and development.

Responsibilities

• Support children’s daily care, routines, and learning within the nursery.
• Plan and deliver activities aligned with the EYFS framework.
• Observe and record children’s development and learning progress.
• Maintain safeguarding, health, and safety standards.
• Help maintain a safe, organised, and engaging learning environment.
• Build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
