Job summary

Randstad Staffing is seeking a Level 3 Nursery Practitioner for Forest Row to deliver high-quality care and early education under EYFS guidance. You will act as a Key Person, tracking progress and creating engaging learning opportunities while building strong relationships with children, families and staff.

The role requires a Level 3 childcare qualification, experience in a nursery setting, and an Enhanced DBS check.

Qualifications

• qualification: Level 3 Early Years Educator / Childcare qualification (or equivalent recognised standard).
• Experience: Proven experience working in a nursery or professional early years setting.
• Knowledge: Sound understanding of EYFS, child development principles, and robust safeguarding protocols.
• Commitment: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM.
• Compliance: Enhanced DBS check or willingness to obtain one.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality care and early education in line with EYFS.
• Act as a Key Person, tracking progress and creating learning opportunities.
• Build strong, trusting relationships with children, parents and carers.
