Randstad Education in Forest Row is seeking a Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to join our caring team. You will provide high-quality care and early education for young children, following the EYFS framework and supporting each child’s development.

As Key Person, you will monitor progress, plan engaging activities, and build strong partnerships with families. This full-time role offers stability, ongoing professional development, and a supportive, collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Level 3 Early Years Educator/Childcare qualification (or equivalent).
• Proven nursery or early years setting experience.
• Solid EYFS knowledge and safeguarding procedures.
• Full-time availability, Monday to Friday, 8:00–18:00.
• Enhanced DBS check required or willing to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality care and early education following EYFS.
• Act as Key Person, track progress and plan learning opportunities.
• Build strong relationships with children, parents, and carers.
• Ensure a safe, welcoming, inclusive environment.
• Comply with health & safety and safeguarding policies.
