Job summary

Aspire People in Tipton is seeking a Level 3 Early Years Practitioner to join a nursery setting. You will deliver creative activities in line with the EYFS and support children's learning and wellbeing.

Join a nurturing team where safeguarding and strong communication with parents are valued; the role can be full-time or part-time depending on availability, with emphasis on providing a safe, stimulating environment for young learners.

Qualifications

• A Level 3 qualification in Early Years or Childcare.
• Experience in a nursery or early years setting preferred.
• Warm, caring and patient approach.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Good understanding of child development and EYFS.
• Commitment to safeguarding and children's wellbeing.

Responsibilities

• Deliver fun, creative and educational activities in line with the EYFS.
• Support children's learning, development and individual needs.
• Monitor children's progress and contribute to observations and assessments.
• Encourage positive behaviour, independence and social interaction.
• Maintain a clean, safe and stimulating environment.
• Communicate effectively with parents, carers and the wider nursery team.
• Follow safeguarding, health and safety and setting procedures.
