Job summary

Aspire People are partnering with trusted nursery settings in Solihull to place enthusiastic Nursery Practitioners. Roles include Level 2/3 in Early Years, with flexible full-time or part-time options and shifts tailored to availability.

You will support children aged 0-5, contribute to safe, nurturing learning environments, and develop key early years skills within EYFS guidelines. Candidates should be passionate, caring and team-oriented.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Experience in Early Years settings is advantageous.
• A genuine passion for working with young children.

Responsibilities

• Support the learning, development and wellbeing of children aged 0-5 in line with the EYFS framework.
• Provide high-quality care and support to children in a safe and nurturing environment.
• Create engaging, stimulating and age-appropriate learning experiences.
• Plan and participate in activities that support children's social, emotional, physical and cognitive development.
• Recognise and respond to each child's individual needs, interests and stage of development.
• Encourage children's confidence, independence, communication and social skills.
• Follow safeguarding procedures and promote the welfare of all children.
