Job summary

Aspire People is seeking a Level 3 Early Years Practitioner to join a Tipton nursery. You will deliver engaging EYFS-based activities and support children's learning, development and individual needs in a nurturing environment.

The role requires a recognised Level 3 qualification in Early Years or Childcare, strong communication, and a commitment to safeguarding. You will help maintain a safe, stimulating setting and work closely with parents and the nursery team to support children's wellbeing.

Qualifications

• A recognised Level 3 qualification in Early Years or Childcare.
• Experience in a nursery or early years setting is preferred.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver fun, creative, EYFS-aligned activities.
• Support children's learning, development and individual needs.
• Monitor progress and contribute to observations and assessments.
• Encourage positive behaviour, independence and social interaction.
• Maintain a clean, safe, stimulating environment.
• Communicate effectively with parents, carers and the nursery team.
• Follow safeguarding and health and safety procedures.
