Job summary

Aspire People have partnered with a nursery in Lutterworth to recruit an enthusiastic Nursery Practitioner to join their team. This is a full-time, five-day-a-week role in one nursery, offering consistency for both the practitioner and the children.

The ideal candidate will hold a recognised Level 3 Early Years or childcare qualification, understand the EYFS framework, have nursery experience, and be reliable, caring and able to work well in a team while safeguarding children.

Qualifications

• Hold a recognised Level 3 Early Years or childcare qualification that is full and relevant.
• Have experience working with young children in a nursery or early years setting.
• Have a good understanding of safeguarding and child protection procedures.
• Be reliable, proactive and able to work effectively as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging activities and support children's individual needs.
• Contribute to children’s development in a safe, nurturing environment.
• Work closely with the nursery team to support learning through play.
