Shooting Stars Nurseries – Worcester is seeking a passionate Level 3 Nursery Practitioner/Nursery Nurse to join our friendly team. The role is 40 hours per week across five days, with flexibility to discuss part-time patterns.

You will deliver EYFS-based activities, build relationships with children and families, and contribute to safeguarding and high-quality childcare.

Qualifications

• Hold a full and relevant Level 3 Early Years or Childcare qualification.
• Experience working in a nursery, preschool, or childcare setting.
• Strong understanding of EYFS framework.
• Warm, caring and passionate about supporting young children.
• Able to build positive relationships with children, parents and colleagues.
• Knowledge of safeguarding and child protection.

Shooting Stars Nursery in Worcester is seeking a passionate and qualified Level 3 Nursery Practitioner / Nursery Nurse to join our dedicated team.

We are ideally looking for someone who can work full time, 40 hours per week across 5 days, however we understand the importance of flexibility and would be happy to discuss part-time working patterns for the right candidate.
