Shooting Stars Bromsgrove is hiring a Qualified Early Years Practitioner (Level 3) to join our welcoming nursery team. You will support learning, wellbeing and play in partnership with families, delivering high-quality care across a 40-hour week.

Qualificações

• Qualified Level 3 Early Years practitioner with EYFS knowledge.
• Experience in a nursery/preschool setting.
• Strong safeguarding commitment and promoting children's welfare.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Responsabilidades

• Acting as a key person and building relationships with children and families.
• Supporting children's care routines and emotional wellbeing.
• Delivering engaging activities and learning experiences tailored to development.
• Observing, assessing and recording children's progress in line with the EYFS.
• Creating a safe, stimulating and inclusive environment for every child.
• Encouraging communication, confidence, independence and social development.
• Collaborating with parents to support each child's learning journey.
• Following safeguarding, health and safety, and nursery policies.
• Collaborating with colleagues to maintain high standards of care and education.
