Job summary

Shooting Stars Worcester is seeking Qualified Early Years Practitioners (Level 3) for full and part-time hours, including shifts across 7.30am–6pm. The role involves acting as a key person, delivering engaging activities and supporting children's wellbeing in a welcoming, supportive setting.

We offer flexible hours, ongoing training and career progression across seven Midlands nurseries, with competitive pay up to £14.10 per hour and annual reviews.

Qualifications

• Full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification.
• Experience in a nursery, preschool or childcare setting.
• Good knowledge of the EYFS framework.
• Passion for supporting children's development to reach potential.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Commitment to safeguarding and promoting children's welfare.
• Professional, reliable teamwork approach.

• Acting as a key person and building relationships with children and families.
