Shooting Stars Nurseries in Wolverhampton is seeking a Qualified Early Years Practitioner (Level 3) to join our growing team. The role is full-time (40 hours per week) with part-time considered, offering £14.10 per hour and a supportive environment across our Midlands group.

You will act as a Key Person, deliver EYFS learning, assess development, and work with families to create a nurturing setting where children can flourish. Ongoing training and progression opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• A full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification.
• Experience in an early years or nursery setting (newly qualified candidates welcome).
• Strong understanding of the EYFS, safeguarding, and child development.

Responsibilities

• Act as a Key Person, fostering secure relationships with children.
• Plan and deliver engaging EYFS learning experiences.
• Observe, assess and support children's learning and development.
• Create a safe, inclusive environment where every child can flourish.
• Support children with individual needs, including SEND.
• Build partnerships with parents and carers.
• Maintain high standards of care, learning, health and safeguarding.
