Qualifikationen

• Level 3 Early Years qualification is essential.
• Recent experience in a nursery or childcare setting.
• Good knowledge of the EYFS.
• Commitment to safeguarding and promoting children's welfare.

• Lead the day-to-day running of the baby room and inspire the team.
• Coach and motivate colleagues to maintain high standards.
• Build strong partnerships with parents and carers.
• Ensure care, learning and development needs are met in line with EYFS.
• Monitor observations, assessments and planning.
• Promote safeguarding, health, safety and wellbeing practices.
• Collaborate with nursery management to enhance quality.
