Shooting Stars Hinckley is seeking a qualified Level 3 Early Years Practitioner to join our friendly team. You will provide high-quality care and learning experiences for children, building strong relationships with families and acting as a key person.

We value nurturing practice, professional development and a supportive environment across our Midlands nurseries. This role offers a stable, full-time schedule or part-time consideration with a competitive hourly rate.

Qualificações

• Full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification.
• Experience in a nursery, preschool or childcare setting.
• Solid understanding of the EYFS.
• Commitment to safeguarding and child welfare.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Responsabilidades

• Act as a key person and build strong relationships with children and families.
• Support children's individual care routines and emotional wellbeing.
• Deliver engaging play and learning activities reflecting children's interests.
• Observe, assess and record development in line with EYFS.
• Create a safe, nurturing and stimulating environment for children to thrive.
• Encourage communication, social development and curiosity.
• Work with parents to support children's learning journeys.
• Follow safeguarding, health and safety and nursery policies.
• Collaborate with colleagues to maintain high standards of care and education.
