Aspire People are recruiting Level 2 Teaching Assistants to support pupils across primary school settings. The role is for candidates who hold a recognised Level 2 TA, Supporting Teaching and Learning or equivalent qualification and have previous UK school experience.

You will provide 1:1 and small-group support, assist with differentiated activities, support pupils with SEND and additional needs, and help children develop confidence and independence.

Formación

• UK school-based experience is essential.
• Experience in a primary school setting is essential.
• SEND experience is desirable and beneficial.
• Strong understanding of safeguarding and child's welfare.

Responsabilidades

• Support pupils within the classroom.
• Deliver 1:1 and small-group support.
• Assist with differentiated learning activities.
• Support pupils with SEND and additional needs.
• Help children develop confidence and independence.
• Support behaviour and classroom routines.
• Assist with interventions as required.
• Support teachers with classroom activities.
• Monitor and feed back on pupil progress.

• MUST have previous UK school-based experience
• Experience within a primary school is essential
• SEND experience is desirable
• Strong understanding of safeguarding
• Patient, reliable and nurturing approach
• Confident supporting pupils individually and in small groups

The Role:

• Supporting pupils within the classroom
• Providing 1:1 and small-group support
• Assisting with differentiated learning activities
• Supporting pupils with SEND and additional needs
• Helping children develop confidence and independence
• Supporting behaviour and classroom routines
• Delivering or assisting with interventions
• Supporting teachers with classroom activities
• Monitoring and feeding back on pupil progress
