Job summary

Aspire People are recruiting qualified Level 3 Teaching Assistants to support primary schools in Manchester. You will provide 1:1 and small-group support, assist with phonics, literacy and numeracy, and help monitor pupil progress.

Ideal candidates hold a recognised Level 3 TA qualification, have recent UK school experience, and demonstrate safeguarding, communication and teamwork in a busy primary environment; SEND experience is highly desirable.

Qualifications

• Holds a recognised Level 3 Teaching Assistant or Supporting Teaching and Learning qualification.
• Has recent UK-based school experience.
• Confident supporting pupils across the primary age range.
• SEND experience is highly desirable.
• Strong understanding of classroom support and interventions.
• Patient, adaptable and proactive.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Strong commitment to safeguarding.

Responsibilities
