Full Time Equivalent Salary: £27,964 - £30,146 (CLF Grade C) based on 37 hours per week, all year round.

The successful candidates will support students’ educational, personal, and social development, working under the guidance of colleagues such as the Principal, SENCo, and class teachers. Your role will involve adopting strategies and techniques to help students access the curriculum, engage with learning, and reach their full potential. You will also provide specialist support in specific areas, collaborating with colleagues and supporting less experienced staff as needed.
