Full Time Equivalent Salary: £25,136 - £27,398 (CLF Grade B) based on 37 hours per week.
Contract Type: Permanent, Term Time Only plus inset days
Hours: Full-time, 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday
Lansdown Park Academy currently have an exciting opportunity for a dedicated practitioner to join the team as a Level 1 Teaching Assistant, supporting teaching staff with responsibility for the development and educational provision of learners.
You’ll be responsible for assisting with planning, preparation and delivery of lesson provision, both on a whole-class and individual basis, preparing resources to support learning activities as well as ensuring pupils are supported pastorally. You’ll contribute to evaluating student progress and provide feedback to the class teacher to ensure all students’ learning needs are being met.

About Lansdown Park Academy:
Lansdown Park Academy is a Pupil Referral Unit / Early Intervention Base based in Stockwood in South Bristol.
We provide education for pupils from KS1-3 who require additional support around their behaviour. Pupils receive a tailored curriculum that supports them to re-engage with education and to help prepare and plan for their next steps.
We also offer a successful ‘Outreach’ programme where pupils are supported through weekly intervention sessions but remain with their home school.
