Job Description:

Morgan Hunt has partnered with a national Grade 2 Ofsted Training Provider to recruit an Early Years and Teaching Assistant Tutor Assessor in Cornwall. This is a full-time, permanent role delivering Early Years Apprenticeships from Levels 2-5 and Teaching Assistant training across Cornwall. The position is home-based, with learner observations required every 10-12 weeks. The salary ranges from £29,000 to £33,000 per annum.

Responsibilities include:

• Delivering Early Years Apprenticeships Standards from Levels 2-5 and Teaching Assistant roles
• Embedding Functional Skills Maths and English up to Level 2
• Managing a caseload of up to 45 learners
• Ensuring learner documentation is compliant and correctly completed for funding eligibility
• Attending regular meetings with the quality team

Requirements:

• A Level 3-5 (or above) qualification in Early Years
• Experience delivering Early Years Apprenticeships at Level 2 or above
• Occupational competency within an Early Years setting
• Minimum Grade C in Maths and English or equivalent
