Job summary

Aspire People is actively recruiting Level 2 Teaching Assistants to support pupils with SEND across primary school settings in the UK. The ideal candidate will hold a recognised Level 2 TA qualification and have previous UK school experience, with a calm, patient approach to working with children on 1:1 and small-group bases.

The role involves delivering 1:1 and small-group SEND support, helping pupils access classroom learning and interventions, and collaborating with teachers to monitor

Qualifications

• Must hold a recognised Level 2 Teaching Assistant, Supporting Teaching and Learning or relevant SEND qualification.
• Must have previous UK school-based experience.
• Experience supporting pupils with SEND is essential.
• Strong understanding of safeguarding and inclusion.

Aspire People are recruiting Level 2 Teaching Assistants to support pupils with SEND across primary school settings.

This role is specifically aimed at candidates who hold a recognised Level 2 Teaching Assistant, Supporting Teaching and Learning, or relevant SEND qualification and have practical experience working with children in a UK school environment.

Requirements:

• MUST hold a recognised Level 2 Teaching Assistant, Supporting Teaching and Learning or relevant SEND qualification
• MUST have previous UK school-based experience
• Experience supporting pupils with SEND is essential
• Strong understanding of safeguarding and inclusion
• Confident working with children on a 1:1 and small-group basis
• Patient, calm and nurturing approach
• Reliable and professional

The Role:
