Job summary

Aspire People is seeking qualified Level 3 Teaching Assistants to support primary schools across the local area. The role covers EYFS to KS2, with 1:1 and small-group support, and targeted interventions to boost literacy, numeracy and phonics. You will work with SEND pupils and contribute to positive classroom management.

Flexible full-time and part-time opportunities are available. Applicants should hold a recognised Level 3 TA or S&L qualification and have recent UK school experience.

  • Recent UK school experience preferred

Responsibilities

  • Provide 1:1 and small-group support

  • Assist pupils with SEND and additional needs
  • Support positive behaviour and emotional regulation
  • Assist teachers with classroom learning and preparation
  • Monitor pupil progress and provide feedback
  • Collaborate with teachers, SENCOs and support staff
  • Help pupils develop independence, confidence and social skills

Level 3 Teaching Assistant - Primary Full-Time & Part-Time Opportunities Aspire People

Aspire People are recruiting qualified Level 3 Teaching Assistants to support primary schools across the local area.

We are looking for candidates who hold a recognised Level 3 Teaching Assistant, Supporting Teaching and Learning or equivalent qualification and have recent experience working within a UK school.

The Role:
  • Providing 1:1 and small-group support
  • Supporting pupils across EYFS, KS1 and KS2
  • Delivering targeted learning interventions
  • Supporting phonics, literacy and numeracy
  • Working with pupils with SEND and additional needs
  • Supporting positive behaviour and emotional regulation
