Chase Buchanan Group in West Drayton is seeking an ambitious Assistant Lettings Manager to join our office. You will work with the Lettings Manager to drive new business, support the team, and deliver excellent service to landlords and tenants.

You'll lead by example in a fast-paced environment with strong negotiation, communication and local market knowledge. A driving licence is required for this role.

Qualifications

• Previous experience within residential lettings.
• Proven track record of conducting market appraisals and winning new business.
• Strong negotiation, communication and relationship-building skills.
• Experience supporting or mentoring a lettings team.
• Proactive, target-driven approach.
• Good knowledge of the local rental market and current lettings legislation.
• Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritise workloads in a busy environment.
• Professional, customer-focused attitude.
• A full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Conduct market appraisals and win lettings and property management instructions.
• Build strong relationships with landlords, applicants and clients.
• Identify opportunities to win business from competing agents.
• Support and motivate the lettings team to hit targets.
• Lead morning meetings and take responsibility for the office when required.
• Monitor activity: viewings, offers, registrations and business generation.
• Match applicants to properties and conduct viewings.
• Negotiate offers between landlords and tenants.
• Provide landlords with updates on marketing, viewings and offers.
• Progress lets through referencing and tenancy progression.
• Maintain accurate records across systems.
• Support induction, coaching and development of team members.
• Ensure the branch operates professionally and within lettings legislation.
