Job summary

BCT Resourcing is seeking an Assistant Lettings Manager for a flagship estate agency branch in Essex. You will support the Lettings Manager, mentor the lettings team, and help maintain excellent customer service while driving business development.

Ideal candidates have 4+ years in residential lettings, strong leadership and communication skills, and a full UK driving licence. The role offers an attractive OTE and progression opportunities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years' experience in residential lettings.
• Experience as Senior Lettings Consultant or similar.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive, commercially minded with leadership potential.
• Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Deputise for the Lettings Manager when required.
• Provide daily leadership and motivation to the lettings team.
• Drive team performance against targets.
• Build relationships with landlords, tenants and applicants.
• Support listings, viewings, negotiations and progression.
• Assist with generating new instructions and opportunities.
• Ensure high standards of customer service.
• Lead by example and contribute to branch success.
• Maintain accuracy, organisation and attention to detail.
