Connells Group UK in Spalding is seeking a motivated Customer Service Advisor to support our Lettings team with property management and tenancy administration. You will liaise with branches, landlords and tenants, coordinate repairs with contractors, and ensure safety checks are completed on time.

• Provide property management and tenancy administration support to branches, landlords and tenants.
• Co-ordinate and liaise with contractors to ensure repair/maintenance works are carried out on time and to required standards.
• Arrange relevant statutory safety checks.
