Qualifications

• Experience in an Administrator or Customer Service role.
• Customer-focused approach with strong communication skills.
• Resilient, positive, numerate and detail oriented.
• Organised and able to prioritise workload in a fast-paced environment.
• Keen to learn and keep up to date with industry changes.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• IT literate (MS Office, internet, email systems).

Responsibilities

• Manage move-ins, coordinating day-to-day maintenance and safety certificates.
• Assist tenants and landlords with queries and service requests.
• Ensure notices are served in line with legislative guidance.
• Contribute to a supportive, efficient lettings operation.
