Job summary

Connells Group UK in Norwich is seeking a Customer Service Advisor to support property management and tenancy administration across branches, landlords and tenants. You will coordinate repairs and safety checks as part of a fast-paced lettings team.

Responsibilities

• Provide a property management and tenancy administration support service to branches, landlords and tenants.
• Coordinate and liaise with contractors to ensure repair/maintenance works are carried out on time and to standards.
• Coordinate and arrange relevant statutory safety checks.
