Job summary

Worth Recruiting - Property Industry Recruitment in Crawley is seeking a Lettings Negotiator or Senior Lettings Negotiator to join a busy residential lettings team. You will handle tenant enquiries, arrange viewings and progress applications through to move-in, with full training and ongoing professional support.

This permanent, full-time role offers a basic salary with an OTE of £40,000 per annum, Monday to Friday 9:00am-5:30pm with no Saturday work, free parking, and real scope to develop your

Qualifications

• Experience in lettings, estate agency, sales or a customer-facing role.
• Senior-level lettings experience for Senior Negotiator applicants.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
• Genuine can-do attitude and teamwork.
• Full UK driving licence and access to a car.

Responsibilities

• Handle tenant enquiries and match applicants to suitable properties.
• Arrange and conduct property viewings.
• Progress applications and referencing through to move-in.
• Liaise with landlords, tenants and other parties throughout the lettings process.
• Carry out property inspections and provide feedback where required.
• Generate new business and support the wider lettings team with achieving targets.

Job description

A Lettings Negotiator or Senior Lettings Negotiator is required to join a busy residential lettings team in the Crawley area. This role would suit an experienced lettings professional or someone with strong sales and customer service experience. (Monday to Friday)

Job Title: Lettings Negotiator / Senior Negotiator

Salary: OTE £40,000 per annum
