Worth Recruiting - Property Industry Recruitment is seeking a personable Lettings Negotiator to join a busy residential lettings team in Milton Keynes, MK4. This permanent, full-time position involves handling enquiries, arranging viewings, negotiating offers and progressing applications to move-in.

The successful candidate will build strong landlord/tenant relationships, generate new business and provide a proactive, professional service throughout the lettings process. OTE around £40,000.

Qualifikationen

• Previous experience within residential lettings
• Strong knowledge of the Milton Keynes lettings market
• Excellent telephone and face-to-face skills
• Proactive and commercially minded with a natural ability to generate new business
• Full UK driving licence preferred; travel to viewings

What you'll be doing (Key Responsibilities) as a Lettings Negotiator:

• Handling rental enquiries from landlords and prospective tenants and matching applicants to suitable properties
• Arranging and conducting accompanied property viewings while providing knowledgeable advice on properties and the local area
• Negotiating offers between landlords and tenants and progressing successful applications through to move-in
• Carrying out rental valuations and identifying opportunities to win new landlord instructions
• Maintaining regular communication with landlords, applicants and tenants throughout the lettings process
• Generating new business through proactive prospecting, follow-up and developing strong local relationships

What our client is looking for (Skills & Experience):

• Previous experience within residential lettings, preferably in a negotiator or similar customer-facing role
• Strong knowledge of the Milton Keynes residential lettings market
• Confident communicator with excellent telephone and face-to-face skills
• Proven ability to negotiate effectively and convert enquiries into successful lets
• Excellent customer service skills with a professional and personable approach
• Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple applicants, properties and deadlines
• Proactive and commercially minded with a natural ability to generate new business
• Full UK driving licence preferred with the ability to travel locally for property viewings
