Qualifications

• Previous lettings experience is required.
• Proficient with computers and standard MS Office.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Act as initial point of contact for clients visiting the office.
• Deal with telephone and internet enquiries.
• Arrange the booking of viewings and valuations.
• Conduct viewings of properties for let.
• Administer contract paperwork for rental properties.
• Compose marketing literature.
• Handle Property Management including maintenance issues.
• Carry out inspections and check outs as required.
