Right Recruit is assisting a reputable estate agency in recruiting a Lettings Negotiator to join their growing team in the UK. You will register applicants, match them to properties, conduct viewings, and negotiate lets while building strong landlord and tenant relationships.

Ideal candidates have strong negotiation and customer service skills, with a proactive attitude and professional presentation. Training and progression are offered in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in residential lettings is preferred but not essential.
• Strong negotiation and sales skills are required.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service abilities.
• A proactive and self-motivated attitude.
• Professional presentation and communication.

Responsibilities

• Register new applicants, understand their requirements, and match them to suitable rental properties in the UK.
• Arrange and conduct viewings with prospective tenants in a professional and engaging manner.
• Negotiate offers between landlords and tenants to secure successful lets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants, providing feedback and advice.
• Coordinate with referencing companies and assist in tenancy applications.
• Ensure compliance with lettings legislation and company policies.
• Generate new business opportunities through networking and referrals.
• Maintain accurate records on the CRM system.
• Achieve and exceed branch targets for lettings and instructions.
