Job summary

The Recruitment Experts, incorporated is seeking a Lettings Negotiator to cover Maidstone and surrounding areas. You will help tenants find homes and support landlords in securing reliable tenants, handling enquiries, arranging viewings, and coordinating with the administration team.

You will build relationships with landlords, negotiate offers, manage tenancy paperwork and references, and maintain accurate CRM records while developing local market knowledge and working toward targets.

• Experience in residential lettings is preferred.

We are recruiting motivated Lettings Negotiators on behalf of an established independent estate agency with a strong focus on local knowledge and personal service.

The role

You will help tenants find suitable homes and support landlords in securing the right tenants for their properties.
