The Recruitment Experts are recruiting a Lettings Negotiator for multiple locations across Surrey, Berkshire and Hampshire. The role focuses on helping tenants find homes and supporting landlords to secure reliable tenants, combining proactive sales activity with excellent service.

You will handle enquiries, arrange viewings, negotiate offers and coordinate with the admin team. You will build relationships with landlords, maintain communication, and work towards set targets while developing

Responsibilities

• Registering applicants and understanding their requirements, budget and moving timescale.
• Matching applicants with suitable properties and arranging viewings.
• Conducting viewings and providing prompt feedback to landlords.
• Following up enquiries and viewings to generate offers.
• Negotiating rental offers and communicating agreed terms accurately.
• Generating valuation opportunities through prospecting, referrals and existing contacts.
• Building relationships with landlords and maintaining regular communication.
• Working with the administration team to support referencing, tenancy paperwork and move-ins.
• Keeping property records and CRM activity accurate and up to date.
• Developing your local rental market knowledge and working towards agreed targets.

Lettings Negotiator

We are recruiting motivated Lettings Negotiators on behalf of an established independent estate agency with a strong focus on local knowledge and personal service.

The role

You will help tenants find suitable homes and support landlords in securing the right tenants for their properties. From handling enquiries and conducting viewings to negotiating offers and coordinating with the administration team, you will combine proactive sales activity with excellent customer service.
