Job summary

Vincere in Southampton is seeking a Lettings Negotiator to join its residential lettings team. You will generate new business, match applicants with properties, and progress lets through to completion while delivering excellent customer service.

Candidates with lettings experience are preferred, but a motivated junior with the right attitude will be considered. Valuation/listing experience is advantageous; a full UK driving licence and own car are preferred.

A successful independent estate agency in Southampton is looking for a Lettings Negotiator with some previous experience, to join its residential lettings team. This is a customer-focused role for someone with some previous knowledge of the lettings process and a genuine passion for property.

You will play an important role in generating new business, matching applicants with suitable properties and progressing lets through to completion, while delivering excellent customer service.

Candidates with previous lettings experience are preferred, although a more junior candidate with the right attitude and potential will also be considered. Valuation and listing experience would be advantageous, together with the confidence and professionalism to build strong relationships with landlords and tenants.
