Worth Recruiting is seeking an experienced Lettings Negotiator for a busy residential lettings operation in Southampton. The role requires an organised, energetic individual with lettings experience, strong sales ability and professional customer service.

You will register applicants, arrange viewings, negotiate offers and maintain relationships with landlords and applicants. The successful candidate will work in a professional environment with strong earning potential, development opportunities

Qualifications

Experience in residential lettings is required or highly preferred.
Strong sales ability and target-driven approach.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Confident, professional telephone manner and presentation.

Responsibilities

Registering and qualifying prospective tenants and understanding their property requirements.
Generating landlord and applicant business.
Arranging and conducting property viewings and negotiating offers.
Maintaining regular communication with landlords, applicants and other property professionals.
Working towards individual and team targets while delivering high-level service.
