Job summary

Charters Estate Agents is recruiting an ambitious Lettings Negotiator to join our Park Gate and Bishops Waltham branches. You will match landlords and tenants to create successful lettings, build relationships, negotiate terms and drive growth while ensuring compliance.

We offer a full-time role with an OTE up to £40,000 and a benefits package including pension, holiday, training and career development opportunities.

Job description

We’re looking for an ambitious Lettings Negotiator to join our team across our Park Gate and Bishops Waltham branches. You’ll build lasting relationships, uncover new opportunities and turn them into successful lets, while playing a key role in driving the continued growth of both branches. This is a full time position with an OTE up to £40,000.
