Job summary

Charters Estate Agents is seeking a results-driven sales professional for a full-time role in the Portsmouth area. You will generate new business, guide clients through the property market, and conduct engaging property viewings to drive sales.

You will work with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Qualifications

• Proven sales or customer service experience; property experience preferred.
• Full UK driving licence and own vehicle essential.
• Confident communicator with strong negotiation skills.

• Commercially aware with good business acumen.
