Charters Estate Agents, part of Lomond, invites you to join the Park Gate branch as a Sales Valuer with OTE up to £50,000. Use your property expertise to guide clients, build relationships and deliver strong sales results in a busy market.

You’ll valuate accurately using market data, liaise with clients, and support pricing decisions while mentoring colleagues and improving processes. A full driving licence and a proven valuation track record are essential, with perks including 28 days holiday,

We have an opportunity to join our established Park Gate branch as a Sales Valuer, with OTE up to £50,000. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a strong property sales background, drive, enthusiasm and confidence to deliver accurate valuations and continue building the Charters brand across the Park Gate community.
