Job summary

Charters Park Gate branch is seeking a Sales Valuer with a proven property sales background to deliver accurate valuations and help grow the Charters brand in the Park Gate community.

You’ll use market data to set pricing, build strong client relationships, mentor team members and stay up to date with regulations and industry standards, driving efficiency across valuations.

• Strong property sales experience and a proven valuation track record.
• Full driving licence and own vehicle.

We have an opportunity to join our established Park Gate branch as a Sales Valuer, with OTE up to £50,000. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a strong property sales background, drive, enthusiasm and confidence to deliver accurate valuations and continue building the Charters brand across the Park Gate community.
