Lettings Negotiator – haart Dagenham

As an experienced Lettings Negotiator at haart Dagenham, you will be expected to deliver exceptional customer service while expertly matching tenants with their ideal home and helping landlords secure reliable tenants. You should bring proven experience within the property or lettings industry, alongside strong negotiation skills, confidence in building rapport, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment.

Key Details
  • £28,000–£35,000 OTE per year
  • Uncapped commission
  • Company car (Senior Negotiator only)
  • Full‑time working hours: 8:30 am‑6 pm Monday‑Thursday, 9 am‑5 pm every Saturday

  • Continue your training and development, with close support from your mentor

Please note: if you are successful in your application for this role but voluntarily leave the role within the first 12 months of employment, you may be required to reimburse the company for the costs associated with your training programme.
