Qualifications

• Previous lettings, estate agency, sales or customer service experience is advantageous but not essential.

• Confident communication skills and ability to build relationships with different people.
• A proactive approach and confidence speaking with prospective tenants and landlords.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple enquiries and appointments.
• A positive, target-driven mindset.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Confidence using technology, email and CRM systems.
• A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle is essential.
• Experienced applicants may have 1–2 years' lettings/estate agency experience beneficial.
