The Opportunity Hub UK Ltd is seeking a Lettings Negotiator in Gloucester. The role involves speaking with prospective tenants, conducting viewings, and building relationships with landlords to match tenants with suitable properties.

With a salary of £26,000 to £30,000 plus uncapped commission, this position offers a path to progress within residential lettings and property sales, with training and development opportunities across the lettings process.

Formación

• Previous lettings, estate agency, sales or customer service experience is advantageous but not essential.
• A genuine interest in developing a career within the property sector.
• Confident communication skills and ability to build relationships with different people.
• A proactive approach and confidence speaking with prospective tenants and landlords.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple enquiries and appointments.
• A positive, target-driven mindset.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Confidence using technology, email and CRM systems.
• A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle is essential.
• Experienced applicants may have 1–2 years' lettings/estate agency experience beneficial.

Responsabilidades

• Registering prospective tenants and understanding their property requirements.
• Matching tenants with suitable available properties.
• Arranging and conducting property viewings.
• Following up with prospective tenants after viewings.
• Negotiating offers and tenancy terms between tenants and landlords.
• Supporting the lettings process from initial enquiry through to tenancy.
• Building relationships with landlords, tenants and clients.
• Identifying opportunities to generate new instructions and grow the lettings portfolio.
• Maintaining contact with tenants and landlords.
• Keeping CRM data accurate and up to date.
• Working towards individual and team targets.
• Developing knowledge of the local property and rental market.
• Representing the business professionally during viewings and meetings.
