Qualifications

• Experience in lettings or estate agency is advantageous but not essential.
• Interest in property sector and career development.
• Confident communicator with landlords and tenants.
• Proactive approach and ability to handle multiple enquiries.
• Strong organisational skills and target-focused mindset.
• Good written and verbal communication.
• Proficient with technology, email and CRM systems.
• Full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Register prospective tenants and understand property requirements.
• Match tenants with available properties.
• Arrange and conduct property viewings.
• Follow up with tenants after viewings.
• Negotiate offers and tenancy terms between tenants and landlords.
• Support lettings process from enquiry to tenancy.
• Build relationships with landlords, tenants and clients.
• Identify opportunities to generate new instructions and grow portfolio.
• Maintain accurate property and client information in CRM.
• Work towards individual and team targets.
• Develop knowledge of local property and rental market.
• Represent the business professionally during viewings and meetings.
