Job summary

Connells Group in Hemel Hempstead is looking for a motivated Lettings Negotiator to join our expanding lettings team. You will deliver outstanding service to tenants and landlords, drive results, and contribute to the growth of our lettings portfolio.

With a £25k basic salary plus uncapped commission, you will benefit from industry-leading training, a clear career ladder, and opportunities to progress within Connells Group across estate agency, mortgage services, land, and new homes.

Qualifications

• Ideally have previous lettings or sales experience.
• Generate new business in a target-driven environment.
• Deliver outstanding customer care and service.
• Be resilient, positive, organised, numerate and detail-oriented.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• IT literate (MS Office, internet and email systems).
• Hold a full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.

Your Role as a Lettings Negotiator

The main purpose of your role is to deliver exceptional service to customers while driving business results. Your responsibilities include:
