Responsibilities

• Create the largest active market share of any agent in the area.
• Maximise revenues and grow the branch's property register as lead instruction taker.
• Develop strong client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
• Maximise branch profit and achieve financial targets.
• Manage performance through regular 1:1s, reviews and morning meetings.
• Influence results through planning and delivery of the plan.
