GCB Recruitment is seeking a Lettings Manager in Penryn to lead a busy lettings division. You will oversee both front-end and back-end teams, drive performance, and ensure excellent service to landlords and tenants.

The role calls for senior-level lettings or property management experience and proven leadership abilities. We offer a basic salary up to £38,000 with an OTE of £40,000–£42,000, plus benefits and career progression within a growing practice.

Qualifications

• Proven senior-level experience within the lettings or property management industry.
• Strong knowledge of the residential lettings sector.
• Previous management or team leadership experience is essential.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the lettings portfolio and support the wider team.
• Lead and manage Lettings Negotiators and Property Managers.
• Oversee property listings and ensure properties are effectively marketed.
• Manage rent reviews across the portfolio.
• Deal with complaints and resolve issues effectively.

Experienced in residential lettings and ready to take the next step into a senior management position?

We're recruiting for a Lettings Manager to oversee a successful and established Lettings division in the Penryn area. This is a varied senior-level opportunity for an experienced property professional who can lead a team, oversee portfolio performance, and deliver an excellent level of service to landlords and tenants.

The role will involve overseeing both front-end and back-end teams, including Lettings Negotiators and Property Managers. Our client will consider experienced Lettings Managers or Senior Property Managers with proven management experience.

The Role
