Job summary

Walker & Sloan in Honiton is seeking a Senior Property Manager to lead the lettings team and oversee a residential portfolio. You will build strong relationships with landlords and tenants and drive service excellence across the portfolio.

You will manage compliance, coordinate maintenance, handle complex landlord and tenant scenarios, and work closely with the wider lettings team to identify opportunities for growth and retention.

We're working with a well-established and highly regarded property business in Honiton who are looking to recruit an experienced Senior Property Manager to join their lettings team.

This is a great opportunity for someone with a strong background in residential lettings or property management who is looking to take on more responsibility within an established and supportive business.

The Role

You'll be responsible for managing a residential portfolio and providing a high level of service to landlords and tenants, including:
